I greatly appreciate having an offline mode so I can consume content in the subway. Its a lot easier to manage that in-app on iOS than downloading videos and putting them into iTunes and deleting them later. But I wish it worked better than it does. The app forgets where I am until I sync online, which is very annoying if Ive downloaded several hours of lectures which I intend to watch in several sittings, but with no wifi available between.
I was super excited when my company started working with Udemy, I have a personal account and have used them for multiple courses on my own. The business app crashes twice, exactly, when I try to launch my course. When I re-open after those to crashes, I dont see any courses Im enrolled in, nor can I search for any. I have to uninstall and reinstall, and the cycle repeats. Disappointed, I hope its temporary!
Havent even logged in once and it is begging for a review.
Even if you download the course you have about 30% chance of being able to view the video. Dont even think about viewing the video with you cellular connection.
No longer works. App crashes on launch on my 9.2 iPhone 6S. Resetting my phone did not fix it.
